My experience with Dr. Fan has been positive. She is direct and honest, attributes that I value and appreciate.
I have had very good experiences with Dr Fan. She is knowledgeable and empathetic.
I have to disagree with all the previous posts. I have seen both Dr. Fan and Dr. McIntosh for at least 16 years and would highly recommend both of these doctors.
If this is the Nancy fan of saint francis is terrible , very dismissive lied on clinical notes of patient and said some very questionable things to be caring for a pregnant woman , proceeded to lie about comments that were made because patient was upset and crying in pain wasn’t disrespectful until she OFFERED 2 TYLENOLS TO A PREGNANT PATIENT WITH ONE KIDNEY and was told she could go home because she was crying in distress smh terrible will be speaking with supervisor .
Dr. Fan spent most of my appointment as a new patient trying to sell me Weight Watchers. With perfect blood pressure and no medical issues or problems, I found this extremely inappropriate for a routine exam. I was in a vulnerable position on the table when she initiated this talk and unable to leave. She assumed I didn't exercise, but when I said I walk every day and workout 3x per week, she said it was my diet that was an issue... which again was an assumption as she didn't ask me what I eat. I have seen her about two or three times and every time I have had an interaction with her she was completely full of herself and rude. The first time we spoke regarding the paper work for my short term disability from work, while I was there and paying for that visit I asked if we could go over the results from Labcorp since no on had. She made it seem like it was something that was not important, left and came back and said "okay what part?" After reading the previous comments, I thought it was me that thought this doctor was very rude, no compassion and spoke to me like I was an unintelligent woman with no common sense. Trying to get a hold of the staff is like trying to get an english speaking customer service rep when calling my credit card company. The staff is very pleasant once you get a hold of them.
