Nancy was phenomenal! I was working with another lender for 5-6 weeks when I was told my condominium did not meet the underwriting criteria for a conventional loan. We couldn't have been happier with Nancy's help in securing our mortgage. She made it as pleasant as it can be, she was always available to speak with, and always keeping up on the best rates for us. I would highly recommend her and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her if I needed another mortgage. Nancy actually made the process very pleasant. I didn't know that was possible.
