Well things were ok but the only thing that I don't like is ur payment arrangement, I would prefer to make my payments between 16-30 of each month that would be awesome, because I get my SS payment on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and ur payment arrangement are for 1st -16th of month

Mrs. Olivas wasn’t with me for a majority of the process so it’s not really fair to give outstanding marks for other peoples work. The PennyMac team met our needs! All who we spoke to were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The level of customer service is to be commended as all options were presented and established time lines were met.

Loan rep was friendly and followed up on requests and concerns quickly. This was my first refinance and she definitely helped me through the process and reassured me even when I was worried or concerned.
