I love this place. They are fast in their responses. Highly educated and very kind. I have never had a negative experience. I love Brayann. She talked so positive and gentle when I called a million times in one day.

My dog, Sadie, was admitted to the ICU where she spent 4 days under the care of Dr. Session, Patterson, and Clark. They took amazing care of her, and kept me informed the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NVS to anyone needing emergency veterinary care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting my girl on the road to recovery!

You guys were amazing , we brought our boy in not knowing how things were going to turn out on Christmas Day and you guys were so helpful and reassuring . You did everything in your power and you got our boy Red home to us within 48 hours , we are so grateful for your office and staff . Everyone there was so sweet and loved our boy . They even called us when we left and and they found his favorite stuffed monkey . Again thank y’all and happy holidays .

From The front desk to the exit, everyone was wonderful. Savannah at the front desk was kind and thoughtful. After spending hours waiting, I was going to step out for coffee and a snack and she took the initiative to look up which shops were open nearby. Above and beyond! Merry Christmas!

Liberty came into the ER & you quickly worked on trying to stabilize her, as she was much worse than we thought & vitals were poor. Dr Spelman quickly realized Addison's was likely. We were kept updated with the good & bad, ya'll stayed on top of her vitals & she had diagnosis confirmed & home within 3 days, along with Dr Long & Wang while she was there. Excellent facility, prompt, friendly. Dr Rossi House worked with my dog's personality and made him and myself feel very comfortable. Worked out a plan for him.

Duncan developed seizures and our vet sent us there. They were attentive, very kind, and expedient in the urgency. They gave us a lot of guidance too. Duncan does better since seeing them. We're so grateful to them!

I would like to make an additional update to my review that I left about 6 days ago. I recently spent a lengthy amount of time speaking with a well experienced and patient Dr. Wang who is an internist for Nashville Veterinarian Specialist. She spent time reviewing the medical records of my dog Dolly May who passed away on July 1st, 2023.
