We brought our Abby in after we found her laying in the yard. Turned out she had been hit by a car. The wonderful staff was so caring and understanding. They gave us as much time with her before we had to let her go. It takes a very big heart to be able to handle the things they see. Big hugs and thanks to the staff. Sadly I didn’t have my thoughts together that night to get names. But it was definitely a wonderful staff working that night.

My 11 yr old Doberman had a stroke and was incapacitated. She quit eating days ago and as a family we knew it was time to say goodbye. The vet specialist we’re amazing! I couldn’t have made the decision to let go without their caring kind support. They made a difficult choice a beautiful experience that respected our wishes and our fur babies needs. What an amazing staff. We had to go to the Clarksville location two nights in a row for two different pets of ours. The first night, our pup had a freak allergic reaction episode, we had no insight as to what was happening. The staff was very helpful and responsive, we got an answer as quickly as we could. I had an emergency with my dachshund Dachsi beginning of January and he ended up having to have surgery. The entire staff and doctors were so friendly and caring and Dachsi got the best care possible. He is almost fully recovered and doing very well. I am very impressed and so happy to have the specialty/emergency hospital in Clarksville. Thank you so much to all the caring veterinarians and staff.

Last night we rushed our sweet Callie girl to see what was wrong and if we could save her. Unfortunately we couldn’t bc we didn’t have thousands of dollars and she was suffering. The staff was so amazing and a nurse Sierra was exceptionally compassionate and sweet. We had to put our girl down and I was hysterical. They were the most compassionate team I’ve ever seen.
