Natalie Neith works extremely hard on her clients behalf and has a breadth of knowledge about the process and her product. She kept me abreast of every step of the sale. I contacted her just before Thanksgiving 2016. I suggested we wait until after the holidays, maybe until Jan. 2017 to list. Her words were, "No let's do it know. We'll get serious buyers." She was right. I had two contracts within the first week.

I am a first-time homebuyer. Natalie was extremely patient and helpful, and readily available beyond my wildest expectations. Whether going through paperwork, visiting homes, or doing our final walk through and closing, she was great! Her support staff were also very knowledgeable and professional, so even when she was briefly unavailable due to being out of town, everything still went smoothly. She was aggressive in helping to buy the home I am currently in and I am grateful to her and her team.
Natalie was absolutely responsible for getting myself and my husband our incredible home. Through her incredible local contacts, we got to see the house before it was officially on the market. Natalie recently sold my house in very difficult circumstances. She got me an offer within weeks after I had listed with another agent who got nothing in months! She has a great network, is fierce in looking after your interests and so, so persistent. Nothing daunts her! And she went above and beyond in dealing with all sorts of small issues that were really not part of her job description. She has a great team to make the process go smoothly.
