Nate was very responsive, and he seemed like he genuinely cared. You felt like he was buying the house too, as he was just as invested. I have already recommended Nate to several of my friends and family. We felt like we were in good hands the entire time.

Nate was extremely helpful and on point with everything in helping me refinance my home . He got me the monthly payment i wanted and did everything in a very quick and timely manner . There were too many issues that were overlooked. I requested to pay points in order to get my rate down from 2.875% to 2.75% for a 15 year conventional loan refinance and that was forgotten by Nate. My closing had to be rescheduled which caused issues with my work schedule. Also, the final CD included costs that I covered prior to closing in my “at closing” costs. I did not expect to find so many discrepancies while reviewing my final CD. I would definitely recommend micromanaging your loan process or going with someone else... read more
