Nate is the best. I called several other mortgage companies and individuals and they did not compare to Nate. Others took days to return calls/emails and told me that my wife and I would not be able to get approved for anywhere close to the amount that we were looking for but Nate crunched the numbers and got us approved. Nate is very professional. Whenever we had any question he answered us immediately. He got us a way better rate then we were expecting. If it was not for nate going the extra mile this closing would have took much longer. Would highly recommend and would 100 percent use again.
Nate has been such a big help! He is great with communication, advice, and figuring out tough situations. He is extremely knowledgeable and does his best to get things done in a timely manner! I highly recommend Nate for all of your mortgage needs!

Nate is probably the most responsive person I have ever worked with. Very rarely did I have to wait more then half an hour for a response on any of my questions, concerns or process related items. He is an expert in his subject mater and made the process goo very smoothly and ahead of schedule.

Nate is THE BEST. He responds to msg immediately, answers questions right away, with patience and care. He has such an efficient working style that he’s able to get things done lightening fast. His tone is cheering, he works 24/7, at least whenever I need him. He is knowledgable that I can just throw random questions on him, then he gives a thorough answer to me. I cannot imagine getting my new home closed so quick and with such a good rate without Nate. His team and himself only needs couple weeks and I’m good to go!

Nate went above and beyond to make the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. He was able to get our loan processed quickly and got us an excellent rate that was far better than the competition. Nate communicated with us every step of the way and worked with the realtors and attorneys to coordinate the entire process.
