Everyone has a home-buying story and we're no exception. The short story is that elements of the closing became very complicated and Nate was always there to advocate for us, insulate us from extraneous annoyances, and calm us down. The advocating demonstrably saved us a good deal of money, the insulating and calming (undemonstrably) staved off a few ulcers. I never want to buy a house again, but if I do, I'll call Nate.

Nathan met us for coffee and explained the home buying process to us. We are first time buyers and has very little idea of what we needed to do but Nathan was very helpful and easy to talk to, and we’re feeling much more prepared now. He had several neighborhood suggestions for us and laid out the entire buying process from start to finish.
