Super friendly. Very easy to talk to; really took time to figure out what I was interested in and what I liked/didn't like about each property visited. Maybe a bit more punctuality/prompt communication would've been nice.
It was a pleasure working with Nate. My best advice is to trust him. He knows the area, the market, and what price will win you the bid. As first time homebuyers, we were pretty clueless about the process and where to begin. We found Nate on Zillow and upon first meeting, he answered any and all of our initial process questions in a very casual and non-pushy manner which was very important to us and put our mind at ease (as much as one can!). Nate was a very proffesional agent who showed me several homes around Dorchester, Southie, and Cambridge. Nate was very knowledgable of the market and was great at communicating different strategies when looking for a home. Nate made it very easy to converse back and forth because of his quick response time. All around I can't think of anyone else i'd rather represent me then Nate!
