This was my kids first home & didn't go as smoothly as they thought it should. This was my 6th purchase of a home both here in AZ & in upstate NY. Waterstone, did a fair to good job keeping us informed. There were a few bumps in the journey, however, things finally worked out. I would recommend using Waterstone as the owner & employees are kind even though they get indiated by questions.

Nathan is very professional and puts one in the comfort zone whether on phone or in person. Does not hesitate to take the time to answer any questions one may have about the processes. Always prompt with the answers to any questions. As we were under an aggressive closing date Nathan and his assistants did everything to assist in making it happen. I would certainly work with Nathan on any future projects. We feel confident in referring him to family and friends. E&H

Nathan and his team work tirelessly to make dreams happen! I've used them to purchase 3 homes within 5 years and they always get it done, at a great rate, and reasonable closing costs. Communication is top notch and Nathan has personally called me from his cell on vacation to meet timelines. Thank you isn't enough! The thing I loved about Nathan was his willingness to answer as many questions as I threw at him. His knowledge of the market and interest fluctuation was just what we needed. He was friendly and extremely helpful with the process and helped me understand so much about it. He and his team at Waterstone were on top of every detail.
