Nathan was very knowledgeable on everything pertaining to the loan process and guided me through the entire process. There was a couple of issues that I had questions about which he promptly answered. Nathan is an asset to any Company and I would recommend him to anyone who was looking to finance their home.
Nathan was great to not only me, but my wife as well. Normally, refinancing would be something that would trigger her anxiety, but from the beginning he explained things in a way that made her feel informed and therefore comfortable. He was also very quick to respond to questions and was ahead of the game throughout the whole process. In what is undoubtedly a stressful and tedious undertaking, Nathan made it as comfortable as anyone could be expected to.
