This is the second time we have worked with Nathan, and both times, his service was impeccable. Nathan and his team are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He even found a couple of things that were incorrect with our property taxes and the VA, which once corrected, saved us thousands of dollars. He delivered everything he said he would, and I could not be happier with how smooth and timely the process was. If you need a mortgage, or to refinance, Nathan is hands down the person to get it done for you. Period.

Pros: Very competitive mortgage rates/fees, easy-access website / online portal for document sharing, professional and knowledgeable staff, consistent and clear communication throughout the entire process; timeline of events communicated up-front, prompt follow-up on questions, no surprises Cons: None I'd highly recommend the Steiner team if you are considering a new home purchase/mortgage.
