People who knew how to do their job and do it thoroughly not loosing documents or wait til last minute to request or notify for something that could have been taken care of before hand
Too many errors with the Loan documents and paperwork. Almost every time I received the loan doc's, they contained errors so very frustrating experience not knowing what to expect with regard to closing costs and credits.
