Nathaniel for the most part didn't really seem to know what was going on, outside of our first conversation and getting the rate, he just didn't seem to have it together. Contacted me the day of closing with figures that were much higher than he had stated before, then we needed to reschedule closing but he didn't even call the title company for a reschedule. When I finally closed I got a refund because he once again had the numbers wrong.
