I’ve used the bitcoin machine a lot in the last few months.. and not by choice. It ate 700 dollars one time..it would spit bills out..and not except them. I wouldn’t get a receipt sometimes..the machine would be full..the bill mechanism wouldn’t grab a bill. I would have to travel miles to find one to work. When I first started using back in late summer..could get customer service on the phone..was great..now..you have to send email and wait 12-24 hrs to get a reply. Stop ripping people off. Bitcoin is trading at 46k today and you gave me an exchange rate based at 58k. To me that’s completely Theft considering you didn’t post the rate prior to taking my money. Complete scam, do not ever use National Bitcoin ATM.

You did good just when you won’t to send and scan the bar code it shouldn’t ask all kinds of questions it should just let you do what you need to if you have the bar code then it’s not a scam I know I wouldn’t is anyone’s that I don’t know
