Unprofessional people working in that company I have been trying for two days to get in touch with a supervisor to get my $900 back and no one has called me or email me as of yet two days I would not recommend them to know one very poor service start they do not deserve any Star for their services very poor customer service people that don't know what the hell they're doing

You guys are ok. However if you already have all of my information why do you hold up my funds. My fiancé missed out on an appointment with our lawyer in Finland because your company held up my funds. Hopefully by me sending a copy of my drivers license will not happen again and your company should make sure that if the machine is not accepting old bills give your customers more time to try to break the large bills instead of customers having to do Two or three transactions.
