On January 30, 2026, I placed an order for an iPad and paid the required initial payment. The website suggested that once approved and after my initial payment the item would be shipped. However, after payment, I was required to complete additional identity verification steps, including waiting for a physical letter to arrive in the mail, signing it, and submitting a photo with my ID. Asked to have a product removed, called repeatedly. The product was never removed. Would not recommend this place at all! NCD Financial appreciates all its customers, especially a repeat customer like Ms. Hall. We regret that there was a short delay in showing that the product had been removed from her account, but the request was forwarded immediately, and appropriate action was taken in a reasonable amount of time.

I like the thought of having payment plans but Im unhappy to see Im pay ****** for something that cost ****** dollars in other stores just a big ripoff and not much to choose from thats worth the money and they always call for you to make another purchase or threatening to close your account
