This company is a scam bought a necklace over priced but I paid it off never had access to use account again requested it be closed and instead merchant refused to close it then put more unauthorized charges and said I have to pay the unauthorized charges in order to close it I never had access to account after my purchase was paid off. I made payments, didnt receive my product but was still EXPECTED TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON A PRODUCT I DONT HAVE. Just like most other peoples reviews, I experienced the same issues. CREDIT **** AND NCD ARE MAJOR SCAMS. DO NOT USE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I paid ****** and canceled my order when I didn't receive any product and issues with my job wouldn't allow me to keep the commitment. I was told I'd receive no money back. I wouldn't recommend them ever. Build your own credit back, not through them.

The record for this account shows that the customer cancelled her account 9/13/23 and told the Agent that she would look for a product in the price range of the payment she made. NCD Financial refunded the customer's money.
This company is a scam! I paid for my products in full 2 years ago! They have recently placed this on my credit report as if i never made a payment. I have recently closed the bank account that I paid with and can not show proof (my fault), I set up a payment with FULL deletion from my credit report (I have email proof). After I paid ***************************, emailed me stating she is not going to delete this from my credit report, do to a bogus law that she made up. They repeatedly mishandled my payments and wrecked my credit. After I paid the account off they failed to properly report to credit agencies. I would never recommend them for any products or services.

What this customer is claiming is NOT true. This account has been in default since 2019. The account was sent to collections and there have been no attempts by customer to bring account Current or to settle account. ********************** is fully compliant company and sends texts and emails each time a payment is missed with a link to resubmit, we also send Monthly Statements.

It seems that NCD Financial representatives must be under the influence...I reported them to Consumer Financial ***************** (CFPB), on the official website of the ** Government, about them (NCD Financial) reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. Around, April 19, 2023, they updated the information on my credit report as owing $169, instead of $139. Moreover, on the reported in March 2023, they reported that my monthly payments is $115. Scammers there website doesn't work and I was supposed to be approved for 5k instantly them and credit pros and bad business and ahe be punished to the full extent of the law
This company is a scam and fraud.I wanted to buy a laptop from them so I sent $300 as instructed to. Six weeks later and several phone calls I still havent received my product but they wanted me to make a payment. I told them I would send payment after I received my merchandise. Come to find out they sent package for me to verify and wanted payment.they then had package returned to them and I havent received anything but they have my money. They need to be put out of business and thrown in jail!!

NCD Financial self-finances without hard credit checks. For this reason, when a brand new customer seeks to finance a product above a certain amount, we do require a down payment. Out of 4 payments authorized by the customer, only One (1) cleared. ********************** scheduled the delivery, but the customer's next scheduled payment was returned as unpaid. NCD Financial returned the customer's payment in full and closed the account.
