NDR is very helpful. They explain the process and respond to your concerns immediately. Each representative is patient. The negotiations began upon the end of qualifying period, and agreements or settlements are made/paid. I am truly a satisfied, and will recommend them to others.

I have been with National Debt Relief since Feb 2020 and they are doing a great job of helping me with my debt. They stay in contact with me all the time and are negotiating with my debtors quickly.
I am six months into the program. I think the fees are high (would give 5 stars if they were less) for the service, but then again I don't have to deal with the creditors myself and pretty much once I signed the paperwork it has been completely in their hands. The monthly collection amount has made my life easier because I am not stressed by making minimum payments and having no money left for necessities. They are helping to end the credit card cycle.
