So far I have been very pleased with the accounts reached and agreement made. I do wish all accounts would be contacted by them early on regardless if they are trying to reach an agreement or not. Even a letter to all debtors. This would hopefully cut down the harassing phone calls and contacting us. I do want to understand better if and how much I am paying for this. So far so good. Settlements so far have been for half what I owed. I do have a concern that so many months will go by for the last cr cards to settle that I may get sued before NDR takes action on them. I'd make it 5-star if there were a way NDR could ensure creditors can be kept warm so they don't bring in collections or a judge.

I had dug a hole that I wasn't able to climb out of, and National Debt Relief came to the rescue! So far, I've had at least three of my accounts settled successfully. I'm very grateful. They've been very patient and understanding when I needed to lower draft payments. It's given me hope that I'll one day be completely debt free. It's that little glimmer of hope that keeps me going.
They stay on top of things. Ready and waiting to go. Sometimes I m not ready but call back and get it added to program. Luv it!

I was nervous about signing up, but so glad I did! I had medical debts and college credit card debt, then expecting my first child while my partner was a student.
