As much as I want to give a 4 star rating, I'm still in the program and still on the fence and trying to be patient through the process. I will for sure give customer service a 5 star rating and more if I could. They are awesome and caring and just regular genuine people just like us. Now the process is kinda ehh. They handled everything. I would refer them to anyone who needs debt relief. They even handled the court precedings without me having to go to court.. I am debt free, and it feels so wonderful.. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had.

I have only been enrolled since December but within these 7 months, 3 of my creditors have been cleared up with another pending! In 7 months, on my own, I would have been only further in debt.
