Getting started the representative was polite and easy to talk with, work was done as promise however midway my situation shifted due to going back to school and financial obligations changed and a new Payment method came into play , however most time I feel like talking to some of the representatives was not always pleasant cause the last one I spoke with hang the phone up before I was finished; but I will not let her stop the progress so far made on my behave it’s a great company with great result

This has been a very god experience. No stress. everyone is always pleasant and patient answering all my question when asked.
New to NDR and so far everyone has been very nice! I have a creditor who is threatening me with garnishment and lawsuits, but NDR said these are scare tactics I trust they will get to the bottom of this for me.
I am very pleased with the service I receive from NDR, I would recommend anyone to you, if needed. The people that I speak too is always kind and courtesy, they answer all my questions, and help me when I need it. Thank you so much for all you do!!!!
