The 4-Star rating is more a reflection of my getting myself into such a deficit situation rather than the performance of NDR. For a while I was getting frequent calls from certain creditors but those have stopped for the last several months. Anytime I have had to contact NDR with a question they have been very responsive.
I am very satisfied with this service. Most of my debts have been settled and resolved. I am looking forward to a new start. You just have to be patient and let them work things out.
Best decision ever. We were literally drowning in debt that at our age would never get paid off. NDR has helped us get our life back and we might even get to enjoy our golden years.
Very helpful ..... while letting me still be in control of my own financials ...... I reached out for help with my financials When I felt my world was about to end and by talking with them they helped me out tremendously and with the help NDR I can now actually see the light at the end of the dark tunnel and I can see myself starting to make FUTURE LIFE plans once again which has not been something I could say 1 year ago ......

NDR has helped resolve half the creditors l presented to them. So far, l am very satisfied with their service.
I have enjoyed talking to the customer service department they are really helpful when you call and ask them questions. The only complaint that I have it takes a little long for them to get to the creditors and the creditors to get with them.
I have nothing but praise or National Debt Relief. I was in a bad situation and I made the right decision by calling them. I will be forever grateful for their help.
