I was treated great by Mercy. She really helped me and took care of my needs. She was also super compassionate, understanding, professional, and courteous.
From the initial call, it was an amazing experience. The rep who I had, Paul Fernandez, was an amazing individual with avid knowledge. He made me feel good about my decision to take this on and follow this path to help clear my debt.

Before joining the program I was in a dire financial state I was about to loose my home, car, and family. From day one the NDR Rep was wonderful on the phone and extremely upfront and personable, he put me at ease. They walk you through the entire process including setting up the savings account used to pay off the debt.
