I am impressed by the promises they have made, but their follow-through is concerning me. I have submitted two service requests to them since signing up two days ago (one of which contains a form they asked me to forward to them) and have not even received an acknowledgement from them that the requests were submitted. IMHO, this should happen within 24 hours, at a minimum. Not a good start...
I am excited about working with them to relieve my debt.
