They did just what they said. Cut my monthly payments by two-thirds and setttled with all my creditors. They promptly responded to all creditor collection/settlement letters and took care of business. I received a few calls from relentless creditors, but just gave them the phone number and address for National Debt Relief, as Instructed by NDR. I recommend them highly!

So far my experience has been great - they explained everything up front and 2 of my 3 accounts have been resolved. You might be able to get a better deal overall if you did all the work yourself, as some have mentioned, but I think the service they provide is completely worth it. I got into a debt of 35k with 6 cc and National Debt Relief was my choice to got to. National Debt Relief is easy to work with. They explain everything to you and they get you set up in no time. They're great and I'm glad I went to them. They resolved two of my debts and now they're working on the rest.
