Everything seems to be going ok but if I have one concern,it would be that after 7 months,I wish they had been in touch with all of our debtors due to the fact that I keep getting dire letters and the late fees are really adding up..not to mention the phone calls we are trying to avoid. Maybe there could have been a way to slow down our credit rating plunge that was in really decent shape before we started the program?
They have been professional, and honest with me. I trust them to handle my business.
Been in program for over 6 months now and happy with results. Have had to increase monthly deposits for assessments. But now more annoying letters form creditors showing up again. just need to keep patient.
