i would not waste my time renting from this company. They are so unprofessional the way they conduct business and the way they handle their applicants. They only let you apply to one home at a time and after you apply they make you play the waiting and guessing game as to if your approved or not. There is no type of communication as to whats really going on with the houses that you apply to. Please don't rent from this company! I can write a book about them filled with the most unprofessional and dishonest behavior that they have displayed. My husband and I rented from this company the lies with them started from day one. We were told we had the home in August of 2018 and didn't move in until February of 2019 and the real reason was because they couldn't obtain legitimate permits to preform the work needed. Not worth 1 star. Terrible from the beginning. Appliances and inside the house were filthy. Im still waiting for a dishwasher part from May, its now August. Standing water in basement and major leak under kitchen sink, no response. I even called their emergency number and nothing. NO STARS!!!!!!! One of the worse experiences I've had with any agency. I was approved to rent a home then after approval the move in date was pushed back twice. The agent *** told me that I can look around so I took that as I was able to apply with other agencies to see if I can get something sooner that fits my needs. This company deserves no stars and needs to be investigated. We have applied for a home and when I called in to check on the home A woman blatantly lied and stated they had no such home. When I told her I have a receipt in which shows I applied for the home which lists them as the leasing company, suddenly she states she sees my application. Two hours later I received a denial letter in my email which lists no reason for the denial. My credit is above 650 and all of my information which I turned in was verifiable. These guys are quick to get application fees which I believe is the only way their business survives. I made an application on 6/23 and paid the fee (49.90). I called the next day and the representative told me it takes 48 hours to hear back. My next call was on 6/29 noon and the representative who was rude in his language tells me it take 3-4 business days. I’ve read reviews about this company accepting application fees, processing applications, and denying qualified applicants. Initially, I filled out a rental application for my husband. I left my info off of the application bc I was uncertain if I would accompany him to IL. I spoke with a leasing consultant, Erin, who assured me this was ok.
