They are fast to get out there and inspect the propert. They gave a very thorough inspection of inside and out. He even spoke to me on phone about any concerns I might have had.
The inspector was prompt and courteous. He explained all of the concerns. He said he would help with the follow up after Pulte said the repairs were completed.
