Jason came out to inspect a property me and my husband were about to purchase. This property was 285,000.00. Jason spent 4 hours checking every possible nook and cranny. Jason is very personal and easy to work with.he did a very extensive inspection of our property and then explained any defects and what should be done to correct the problem. Then explained the situation if it was not corrected in a timely fashion. It certainly made us more aware of what to look for. Money well spent!

Jason did a very thorough job and answered all my questions and offered lots of good advice on maintenance. The report was very detailed and easy to follow and understand. It also contained photos and captions of issues and also had Areal photos. Highly recommend NPI.
