The amount of Spam I have received through email and text is predatory and unacceptable including links in emails to download things like Adobe acrobat with Mcaffee as bloat ware. It made me feel like I was fighting off malware in 2005. I do not recommend this service especially to older folks who do not know how to recognize a predatory online presence and instead recommend using a local inspector for a more reasonable price.

Mike Frazier did our home inspection almost 2 years ago. You wouldn't believe the things we've found since that should NOT of passed inspection let alone reinspection! Just yesterday we had someone out doing some electrical work and discovered that we have an electrical cord in our crawl space supplying 1/4 of the power on our 1st level. How was this missed?? They are personable and professional. Great pictures and explanations. They even give you details on the appliances if they have recalls on them or not. Just wonderful. I would highly recommend them.
