They did a good job. They showed up and they wrote a good report. We will move in later this year so that will tell us if they missed anything. Right now, we are satisfied. The fee was $425 for the inspection.

I thought Ron did an excellent job. He was extremly friendly and helpful. He had no problems showing us things that were right or wrong, and clarifying when we had questions.
