I received an email from these people saying that I had a credit from a previous order. I went online to order a couple of plants just to get the credit. Then I realized that I had to order $100 worth of plants just to get the credit. Since I can always use plants, I ordered $122 worth. When I checked out, I entered the credit code EXACTLY as instructed in the email, but did not receive the credit. I ordered a Meyer Lemon tree from Nature Hills on Feb 09, 2022. I called several times to check the status and they kept telling me that it would ship out when the weather got better. I called a month ago to cancel the order. They told me that the tree was delivered and gave me the date and time UPS supposedly delivered it. BEWARE This nursery is a scam operation, They offer a credit promotion code that does not register when checking out The office ten attempted to charge me a 25.00 cancellation fee for an order that was only place 5 minutes earlier These are Scammers of the first order that have to tricks you to get you shopping on the scam site and then steal your money I will not have anything to do with this scam operation they should receive the lowest rating possible
I have now spent almost a year after receiving a small maple tree that arrived open, and never grew! I have taken pictures and done everything AND NOW RECEIVED a note after multiple pictures (and time spent) that I can get a replacement! (And I wanted my money back because I would never want to have to deal with them again!) Be careful if you decide to purchase anything from them!
Do not buy from them!!! I purchased 2 hydrangeas from them. Planted as per directed. One grew, one never got the first leaf on it. Basically was told it was my fault and could not get a response from them after that. Spent roughly $50 for a dead flower. Got one elsewhere for half the price and it much bigger to start with. Sad!! Would give a minus rating if I could.
Ordered a Goldflame Honeysuckle vine for $50.00. Small plant arrived in a hugh box. Vine had enough energy to push out a couple small leaves and then died. I wrote for a replacement Jan12, 2022 and never received a reply back. Save your money and shop with someone who will honor a 1 year replacement.
Ordered two peach trees. The first (an Elberta) arrived on time and was unhealthy but planted as advised. The second arrived two weeks later and was the wrong variety (another Elberta, not a Belle of Georgia), but came with a small piece of fruit and some yellowed leaves. Neither survived the winter.
I bought a lilac bush and paid extra for the warranty. I bought a bigger size since i needed it to be big and take shorter time to grow( over 1O0 dollars) it came with broken branches. Not just a few but tons. I thought it will be fine since they said to let them know if I got a damaged plant. I get an email the next day telling me to to cut all the branches off that were broken and plant it. Defeats the point of buying a bigger plant!!!!? Good God.
