Great company that cares about their plants and the people buying them. They waited to ship my trees until the regional weather was correct, in order to protect the trees from as much shock as possible. They responded through texts when I had questions. Great overall experience!

My experience with buying from Nature Hills Nursery was excellent. I had some questions concerning the process so I called customer service directly. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She answered my questions, offered some suggestions, and we had a good conversation. Very good, helpful experience.

Be extremely careful here when you purchase, they procure products from third party vendors. Delivery dates may not be accurate or reflected at the time of purchase then they hit you with a 20% cancellation fee after they inform you of the delivery date. I received multiple plants at this point that were poor quality and certainly didn't justify shipping delays. There are amazing plant vendors on the internet, would suggest looking around carefully. Everything was expedited and packaged with care. All our plants are talking beautifully and the Butterfly Bushes are already starting to flower even though they are still so young. Would definitely recommend this company, and already have. ♥️

Amazing inventory with clear and abundant details to help with decision-making on products. Navigability is excellent and the checkout, uncomplicated. Costumer service on he phone is very friendly and useful. I love shopping at Nature Hills.
