It was easy to order, communication was good without being inundated with excessive emails, excellent description of product, and if you read through the site I would say it would answer 99.9999 percent of any questions you might have. I ordered a number of shrubs from Nature Hills. All arrived well packed and in great condition.. Everything I ordered was in excellent condition and all are doing well. I would and did recommend Nature Hills to my neighbors and family. I also found shrubs/plants I could not find elsewhere. I especially like native shrubs for the mid atlantic region and will look for more.
The shipping was quick, plants came well packaged and very healthy. Pruned nicely, so they have a shape that is giving them great start. All I had to is to plant, they are doing great now! Zone 5

The Japanese Wisteria The tree was very healthy upon arrival and had a very good season. I followed the instructions for planting and watering and it stayed healthy all summer.
