This was the first time purchasing shrubs and rose bushes, it wasn't a large order, but sizable to me: $257.75 shipping was $14.99. I noticed on the website a code/coupon for free shipping: SPRING149 I entered this code, but it did not apply free shipping to my, the order was made at 8:35pm. WHAT DID I ORDER?
BEWARE! Do NOT order anything from them. I ordered what was supposed to be 4-5 saucer magnolia tree. What I received was a 35 inch tree that made Charlie Browns tree look good. They were not willing to make it right. I would’ve been happy if they would’ve offered to credit back difference from the 3ft tree price to what I paid. They lost lots more future orders from me and my friends in family. Big mistake. Huge!
WARNING will not stand by their product. So I talked to the representative and voiced my disappointment with the plants I received. 3 plants: 2 brown and one 1/2 brown. I have planted these before from another vendor and NEVER received Brown plants. I was told they are dormant and will flourish. I asked how long before I prove that they are dead and not dormant. HORRIBLE!!!! I received 3 plants (2 plants were dead and the 3rd 1/2 dead). I have pictures and was told to plant them. I paid $128 for poor quality plants. I expected better. I wouldn't have purchased these at the discount rack Very dissatisfied. POOR customer relations
Bought a walnut tree on Feb 7 , called in the fallowing week to check on delivery, I was told then I will get it but end of May , thus I canceled my order and again then I was told I am being charged 10 percent cancellation fee . I wouldn’t recommend it to any one .
If you want a refund - even 1 minute after ordering - they charge 10% and it's absolutely non-negotiable. They'll give you a gift card for your whole amount but you're charged a 10% fee for them to hit a "return" button. I would absolutely not go with these people at all.
i have been waiting for 2 weeks and 5 emails to get a reply about my question,needed to know how big the plant is i wish to buy,flaming glory,never a reply,so,i say,the service is bad.carla pruyt
Charges for order cancelation even when shipping dates are not clearly stated on the website. Plants arrived dead on my first order and told me to plant them anyway. Those plants didn’t survive.
