I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I don't want someone to go through what I have. I have had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a Mimosa the first of July. Never received an invoice. Waited 2 weeks, no tree, so I emailed them. They sent the invoice and said it would be shipping soon. By the 20th it still hadn't shipped, and wouldn't be shipping anytime soon, so I asked for a refund. I was told I could have one, minus $10 cancelation fee. Horrible quality and NO customer service. They refuse to answer calls, emails, or inquiries on their customer portal.
I am furious with this Company. I ordered a tree 2 weeks ago as a Memorial. I have not received any notice of when it will be shipped. The website is not straight forward. Chose this nursery over others due them being located in the same state. Orders do not come from this location, they contract out to other 3rd party nurseries. I ordered 3 plants. 2 arrived dead and the 3rd they claim was lost by FedEx, even though FedEx tracking shows it was never picked up. They will not refund. They shipped me out 2 more plants to replace the dead ones. They look pathetic. The leaves are brown, with many broken stems. Still not willing to issue a refund. Buyers beware. Getting very frustrated with your company. I ordered 2 shrubs, when they arrived one didn't look very healthy, I immediately took pictures and submitted a claim. Got a generic auto-generated message, to which I resubmitted pictures. That was over a month ago. I have resubmitted a claim twice, and have heard nothing from your company! At this point the damaged one has died and I resubmitted a claim yet again but still no reply from your company
I purchased a Lavender Twist Weeping Redbud l received it on June 14, 2021 with one of the branches damage. This branch has a lot of leaves on it. I included the warranty with my purchase for $10.99 I was told the warranty covers damages and if the tree dies within the year it would be replaced. I have been going back and forth SEVEN EMAILS….. to resolve this issue and they refuse to satisfy me as a customer.They told me to prune off the branch it’s minor and also said that’s not going to effect the growth of the tree.... read more
Worst customer service experience. I spent about $75 on two plants and they shipped 7weeks later. They say 10-14 days shipping time, "weather permitting" but the "weather permitting" is just a cop out so they can ship late and take zero responsibility for it. They also don't have any actual customer service agents, just sales agents which tells you a lot about their company priorities. My 5’ Redbud tree spent 11days in transit and arrived with brown leaves. Nature Hills suggested it needed to be placed in water for 24 hours. I did as suggested only to have the remaining soil wash away from the most tangled root bound plant I’ve ever seen in 40 years of gardening. I wasn’t able to separate the largest roots but planted in a compost, fertilizer amended hole and watered frequently. The struggling plant has developed new leaves up to about 2’.
