Do Not Buy from this company. Terrible customer service with a refusal to admit when they make a mistake and hit can’t get a refund it they make a mistake in your order. No chance of getting a person in the phone after you place an order either. Stay away from Nature Hills Nursery.
Don't buy a tree from here. The website lists Nebraska address and my trees shipped from Alabama. They shipped on time and the packaging was sufficient. Every tree was topped before shipping. The person packaging these trees was too lazy to select a correctly sized carton and permanently damaged these trees by cutting the leaders to make them fit into the box. There is no email to contact them except for a web form that does not acknowledge sent messages.
Terrible service. I placed an order on April 29, 2021 and I still haven't received it. You cannot get ahold of anyone that can even help you. All I want is my money back and I cannot even get someone to respond back to me. I try to write a review on their website and, of course, they delete any bad comment. I will end up disputing with bank. REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE.
I ordered what I that would be a "fully mature" Hibiscus Live Plant that was 4 feet tall...Instead what arrived at my door was nothing more than a "stick" with no leaves no branches absolutely nothing!!! Is this their idea of what to offer someone who lives more than a 1000 miles away expecting to see a really nice and expensive plant delivered??? This is a total joke!! I want to share my absolutely horrible experience with Nature Hills Nursery and explain why I will NEVER EVER!!!!! make any order with this company again. Not even if it was the last nursery on the world! If I could rate negative 100, I would. I placed my order on 09/03/2020 on my Kwanzan Flowering Cherry Tree. I ordered PW Gold Splash. It was rediculusly expensive $80 for size 2 pot! It came not the way you usually buy at Nurseries; with tight roots in the pot so you can easily take it out and plant. This one was digged out and put it in the pot before shipping, so dirt around was loose and not holding to the roots. Hopefully plant will survive as it was fresh but I would never buy it again on-line.
Ordered 3 Ostrich Ferns at $72.95 each. Expected large, lush ferns for that price. Received 3 small pathetic ferns that don’t resemble the Ostrich ferns in my garden. The leaves were bent & broken on 2 of them. Have tried to call Nature Hills at the number provided on their website. Referred to email. Haven’t received a response. Do not recommend this company. So disappointed!!!
I ordered a Black Diamond Crape Myrtle #3 for $80 and what a complete joke!! It was a size 3 container but it was less than a foot tall scrawny plant! They have no customer service number and will only deal with you by e mail. I could buy 3 of these elsewhere at this size for $80. Lesson learned DO NOT DO BUSINESS With this Company.
