Placed order in March and it’s still hasn’t been shipped . Soon we will see the summer and I’ll be waiting for my order :( Very disappointed about the customer service: -email them , they sending me back an “email sample” where says that I need to see the shipping status on my order . -Calling them , respresentative wants to talk only about new orders and doesn’t want to talk to me about my order . I ordered 8 drift roses that arrived today about 3 pm by Fed X. The boxes were not marked as how to handle them and when we opened the four boxes, what a MESS! The roses were mostly out of their pots as the boxes arrived vertically and were upside down. There was looses dirt throughout each box and one plant lost a few branches. Very disappointed in your boxing methods. I have ordered from you before and never had this damage. Hope you will replace any that die. We are planting them soon.
Ordered two trees from them and they arrived last week. One was broken in half. They still haven’t responded to my emails or my other google review. Looks like they may have deleted it. Terrible customer service. Won’t ever order from here again.
Horrible experience. I was shipped the wrong order. I then wanted a refund of my original order since it hadn't even been shipped. Nature Hills refused and then wanted me to take pictures of what was shipped and upload those to email to them. Basically I am doing all this extra work for them and they won't even consider a refund on something that hasn't left their warehouse. On top of that , they only communicate through email. Ordered on 4/7. Shipped on 4/16. Shipped from Oregon. Arrived in NC on 4/25 after being lost in the FEDEX. I'll order from a closer nursery next time. They look like they'll survive. Got other shrubs from another location in 6 days.

So disappointed in the price, plant, and the customer service
Wow. They charged me three times the normal price. it appeared as if the plant was way bigger than they sent. Thats the reason I bought it. Tried to cancel it during the first business day and they wouldnt let me. Worst experience Ive had buying plants online. Use someone else and do yourself a favor.
The tree I ordered never shipped. I wish I had checked the BBB before ordering from Nature Hills. They have a terrible rating! And their customer reviews are misleading because they don't allow negative ones (they screen before you can submit your review).
