The tree I ordered never shipped. I wish I had checked the better business bureau before I ordered from Nature Hills. They have a terrible rating! I looked at the rating no their website, but they are misleading because you can't post a negative review. (Company screens them before posting).
Placed an order for an apricot tree then discover 2 things: first Nature Hills over charges compared to competitors. Second we decided against the tree due to price and space. When I cancelled the tree I was charged a 10% restock for a tree they cannot even send me until April. Ludacris customer service. Will never consider using them again and will warn friends, family and FB associates away from them.
They have a horrible cancellation policy. I cancelled an order less than an hour after it was placed and they are charging me a 10% restocking fee. Doesn't seem right since I cancelled this right away. So be aware. Amazon wouldn't do that. No
If i could I would rate this company 0. My associate ordered "Dreamin Hydrangea" on June 18, 2020. On the order receipt it says "Ships in 10-14 Days (Weather Permitting)." I received the plants on October 12, 2020! That is not 10-14 days. Moreover, the plants were wilted and sick. It caused the garden to be barren for the entire summer and I was afraid to have these plants based on their terrible condition. Unfortunately a very negative experience. Ordering was very easy! But, the plant/shrub I ordered was shipped and was in the shipping arena for 5 days. The soil was half out of the container. Of course, to no surprise, the plant had some broken branches and was very wilted. I do realize that shipping plants is not a perfect process and during a pandemic this may be worse. I should have known better than to order trees online.i ordered what should have been a three to five year old peach tree and cherry tree along with two blueberry bushes.i spent over 400 for them.i dont mind spending the money but the trees are smaller in diameter than my finger and most of the leaves were missing.it was so small I had to use a post to hold then up....the post was thicker than the tree.SMH i called to speak to someone about the condition of the trees and it sounded like he was reading from a script. I ordered two plants on 6/29/20, did not receive it. I emailed them on 7/16/20 and was told the delay was due to weather condition. Now 9/23/20, I still have not received any plants or the booster that was recommended. And now my credit card requested a refund on my behalf and Nature Hills wants to charge a 10% handling fee when they've done nothing and shipped nothing after three months.
Buy at a local nursery instead.
