I purchased 4 Hydrangeas, 2 Azaelias, and 6 of their exclusive Root Booster product. For the most part the plants were received in okay condition, but not as expected. One of the Hydrangeas was in extreme poor condition. I made them aware and asked what can be done to resolve and they don't appear eager to replace if needed. Also, this company does not accept returns. So you are stuck if what you received is crap. Last, they will not go out their way to expedite your shipment. Good quality but terrible customer service! Ordered trees which with no communication or update i had to reach out since they were late. Told me they had issues shipping to by area ---- well then you should reach out and offer a refund!! Nope they offered me a credit or to refund me but to take a cancellation fee of 10%! I only had to cancel because of their own problems. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not order from these people. Took forever for my order which would be fine if the plant was in good shape, it was not. I understand wilting because plant is in a box for several days but one side of my plant was dead, there were many leaves eaten and plant was in pretty rough shape which is not what i paid $80 to receive. Called customer service right away along with pics. They said they would note my account. That's it, did not care to resolve issue. Don't order anything from here! We spent hundreds to avoid going into the store with COVID and 2 of our trees died 1-2 weeks after planting. We watered them as needed and had fertilizer stakes in. The other 2 we ordered are fine and we did the same thing to all. Now they are refusing to send us new ones and instead want us to pay for shipping and 50% of the tree! They don't stand behind their products!

I usually order from www.thetreecenter.com an have stuck with them since they do have great service and my trees and other plants always come in excellent condition. However, I wanted some Sky Pencil Holly but tree center was out of stock so I placed my order with NHN inc. After 15 days of waiting I called to find the status of my order and they said that they would be out if and when weather permits.
