I placed an order, and in just a couple hours I revisited their site to find the tree went on sale. I emailed twice to get a price adjustment, and was ignored. I finally called customer service, and they will not honor sale price for me. Done with this company.

This place is absolutely atrocious. I ordered two trees from them, the first was delivered in a box over a foot too small and the plant was severely bent and had several of its largest branches broken. I called them within their two day return policy to find out that their customer service number is inoperable. When I sent an email after they holiday weekend, I received a rude response over a week later telling me that I didnt contact them during the 48 hour period and would not get a refund. I bought a peach tree last year ( Oct 2019) from Naturehills.com. I wasn't sure it would be ok to purchase a fruit tree in October since winter in NJ can be very cold sometimes but they assured me it will be ok. I bought the tree and the warranty just in case. The tree produced some leaves this spring but had some red leaf curls on them. I contacted Naturehills they said as long as I just pick the leaves that are infected, the tree will be fine. They sold me a tree that was listed "in stock" but that they were unable to ship until next season. When they wanted me to wait for next season and I said no, they only offered a partial refund. I had a deadline and had to go with a different vendor so ended up getting ripped off
I should’ve read the reviews before placing an order. A week after I ordered two trees I reached out Nature Hills and I was told that the shipment was on hold due to the high temperatures. I understand the trees can be damaged in these conditions but why charge my credit card?? Why not wait until the product is actually shipped? I cancelled the order and I was hit with a 10% cancellation fee!.....I lost 16 bucks but I definitely learned my lesson. Sent me a tree with tons of black leaves that had a japanese beetle infestation!
I am very disappointed with Nature Hills. I bought three trees from this company for $200. After planting, they never bloomed, not the first leaf, nothing. I contacted the company and they asked for pics. I sent the pics and they told me I could purchase a guarantee for $100, otherwise, I'm out of luck. Lesson learned. From now on I"ll purchase my trees from our local nursery, which does guarantee their purchases.
