Buyers beware!!! I ordered a Black Diamond Shell Pink Crape Myrtle. When I received the plant, the plant container was completely dried out. 100% of the leaves on the plant were curling up and more than 2/3 dried out. I removed the plant from the shipping box right away and watered it. I planted it 20 hours after receiving. After planting, the next day the plant looked like it was dying. I ordered my tree in March and I’m still waiting for it (about 4 months now). I spoke to Barry in customer service (praying he is not the owner) he is extremely unprofessional and blamed me for the delay in shipping. He is unable to accept responsibility for being a careless representative of this company. They lost a future customer.

this is a very bad business i purchased 10 trees they delivered 3 trees and ripped me off for7 trees totaling 170 dollars i reported this action to the Nebraska attorney general Doug Petterson 6-15-2020

They have a "warranty" to replace plants that die at 50% of what was paid. However, it is the "current" price which its now 10% higher that what I paid. Disappointed. Will take my business elsewhere.

Beware this company and fake good reviews. Good luck if your tree arrives dead. They ask for multiple photos, information and then accuse you of trying to cheat them. I got three $100 trees. Two came battered but alive. The third was dead. I did everything they asked. Even planted it. Now I have a dead, planted tree and still they balk. Do not use them. Go to your local nursery.

I ordered 6 plants in April. I received 5 of 6 plants from my $400 order in early May. I have no complaints about the 5 I received. I asked for a refund for the $79 4-5 ft peach tree I never received, but was promised to ship in May. The pear and fig tree's shipped in early May. They responded saying "may crops just rooted" and my "cancellation" would incur a 10% charge.. how this is in any way applicable to a several year old peach tree, I don't know. I have a hunch this company plants fake reviews to keep their score up, because their products are terrible, pricey, and take way too long to ship. They also charge a 10% restocking fee, even if products don't ship, and make you pay for their warranty, which other nurseries offer for free. Do not recommend at all.

Worst customer service! I ordered a Drawf Korean Lilac. I was sent a rhododendron. Contacted Nature Hills through email. Reply came that I was to take pictures and they would get back to me. It has been almost a week and I have not heard another word from them. I have sent numerous emails (when you call their phone number the recording tells you to email them) with no reply. So now I'm stuck with someone else's order!

Your company blows and not in a good way. Flipping A; you cannot ship to my state!!! Put a gosh darn warning or basic filter on the WORLD WIDE WEB as "Americas online garden center" before a customer spends time on your schwag website only to find out that your nursery is worthless; unless you live in your pathetic state. Thanks for nothing, I enjoyed wasting my time on your birdie.com website. Id give you zero stars if that was possible.
