The tree we purchased last fall is dead. Your company willingly agreed to replace it but we would be expected to pay one half the cost. That is ridiculous. I never intend to use your nursery again. A warranty that expects a customer to share the cost of replacing a defective tree which you have know about for 6l months is worthless. And, no, I did not agree to this warranty nor was I informed that you do not warrant your products unless the customer pays for a "full' Warranty.
my son bought 2 trees from Nature Hills Nursery for mother's day we planted them following the direction that came with the trees but these trees never showed a sign of life . we even asked a local nursery to come and see if the trees are alive and the guy said these trees were dead long time ago. This means Nature Hills Nursery sold my son 2 dead trees because it was mail order. this place refused to refund or replace.. My son ordered a tree for me for fathers day and it did not arrive until September. The tree was damaged and in poor condition and they refused to send a replacement
After seeing my friends Weeping Cherry Tree that was purchased from this company. I would NEVER buy from them. I hate giving them even one star, but I had to do so to continue with my review. Buyer beware.
I was given a redbud for fathers day this year. It arrived 3 months after purchase in mid September. One branch looked like it had been broken off and the bark and part of the wood was pulled away from the tree about 1.5 inches vertically and .5 inches horizontally. The tear was about 35% of the circumference of the tree at that point. I've ordered several plants from this company over the past couple of years. Usually the plants are in good condition, but VERY small for what you pay. They are about half of the size you'd expect. But up until now, I've accepted that the "convenience" factor. However, I recently ordered two hollies to flank the entrance to my front door. There was nearly a month shipping delay and they are completely two different sizes to the point where I'm not sure if they are even the same plant. I am wondering why Nature Hills falsely claims they have exclusive rights to this tree that in fact is not patented meaning nobody has exclusive rights to it? why do they try to infer other nurseries cannot have the same tree, that is fraud?
I purchased a Blue Chinese Wisteria Tree that was delivered spring of 2017. I followed the instructions in planting. No blooms that year. This year, still no blooms. It had vines that grew from the branches and looked nothing like the picture. I did purchase the one year warranty but it was no longer valid. I emailed them and received no response.
This is company is so decieving.Extremly unhappy. Bought a weeping redbud, It did come come out of its dormancy and when I called few times to see how long it takes they kept telling me it will take few months. After few months pass it still didnt bud so guess what they tell me they will only cover 50% off another tree. And that tree is now close to $200 not the lower price I got it at. Very upset.
