Soo the plant came in a tall box, in a pot which was covered in plastic to keep moisture in I assume. No leaves on tree, one dead leaf in box. It wS Winter to be fair. Took it out, it stayed in pot two days, and was planted according to instructions and root grow etc. Still looks dormant right now along with other dormant trees. WIting for a sprig or something to pop up trying to be patient. I only gave 3 stars because I hope to update this. When it starts growing. Fingers crossed I have a lot of hope for this plant

Our two Gardena plants arrived in a carton with such care great directions on caring and feeding the plants. We planted them in the ground they are very healthy hopefully they survive the winter. I will send pics in the spring! I will buy again from Nature Hills!
I planted in hot July and the plants have been the heartiest I have had. I think because of their long root base. They have gone through several freezes and are still doing well.
Everything was packaged secure and service after the sale was necessary because of local weather issues. Staff was very helpful.
