“When I received my Blue Chinese Wisteria tree bare root I would have bet you it wouldn't grow. Although, it took some time to grow, it finally did grow. It's leaves came out and 2 beautiful blue flowers. After about 2 weeks the flowers dropped off and the tree has not grown anymore. The period of time we are talking about is about 1 month regarding when I first saw leaves and then the 2 flowers. I was under the impression this tree would do nothing but grow.
