“Good Order arrive in good condition with the exception of top being dead on one tree. Still I thought it would bud out. I called CS and I needed to wait 8 weeks To call again. I have not yet called but tree never did bud out. Web site is excellent, easy to use with very helpful information.”

Then, it was damaged in shipping, losing 3/4 of the buds, and 9 branches. When I told the company, and the recipient sent photos of the damage, the only response was to let them know how it grew. It merited far more a concerned response and probably some compensation. ”
