“The two trees arrived promptly and were planted shortly after their arrival, but neither tree has sprouted any leaves nor new limbs other than at their very bases. The trees were watered as instructed, but have failed to thrive. The shopping experience was easy and the items arrived in a timely fashion, but they just haven't sprouted as expected.”
