We are a first time customer. We ordered a tree and 2 rose bushes. The roses bloomed and are stunning. We weren't quite as happy with the tree. Sent an email to customer service and heard back right away and they made it right. Very happy with Nature Hills Nursery. Highly recommend them. Great business

Every order I've ever made has come in vibrant and healthy. Still waiting to get my Red Baron Peach as well can't wait because I know it's going to be a great tree. The pear tree that I purchase and I am writing the review for is doing wonderful.
The plant looked great. Put it in a huge oversized pot with potting soil. It’s dying... we have a ton of plants, this one just is on its way out...

It took me ages to find an Italian cypress, and I was a bit concerned about the distance it would have to be shipped. But of all the plants we ordered from various places this spring, this one was by far the best prepared for shipping. It was packaged very well, arrived in beautiful shape and is growing happily.
